As a Closing Manager with Brady & Kosofsky, I ensure adherence to all closing procedures and policies and maintain accurate records of all closed files according to company policy. I resolve customer complaints regarding the closing process in a timely manner, coordinate closing schedules, and complete post-close reviews to keep operations compliant and dependable. I prepare closing documents such as deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements, coordinate signing appointments, verify proper notifications prior to scheduled close dates, and collaborate with escrow officers, lenders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate successful closings. I also process post-closing documentation including deed recordings and loan disbursements.

I lead daily operations by establishing procedures, monitoring team performance, and guiding the team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Earlier experience as a Cook at 131 Main Restaurant sharpened my ability to work in fast-paced environments, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and prepare meals accurately using recipes and menus—skills I continue to apply to quality, speed, and teamwork. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University.
