I seek a compliance-focused mortgage operations role where I can manage loan pipelines, ensure accurate closings, mentor staff, and contribute to efficient, member-centered processes.

I am a seasoned mortgage and home equity processor and closer with hands-on experience managing pipelines of 60–100 loans, funding home equity loans, and executing post-closing procedures. I hold an active NMLS license and am a Certified Notary Public for the State of Tennessee.

My strengths include verifying loan application accuracy, gathering and analyzing borrower financial data, ordering title work, coordinating insurance and flood certifications, quoting rate locks, preparing closing disclosures and deeds of trust, and disbursing conditioned payoffs. I have a track record of running HMDA and ensuring timely recording and imaging of loan documents.
