Managed a high-volume closing pipeline averaging 50–75 loans per month, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant closings. Prepared and released Initial and Final Closing Disclosures and closing documents in compliance with TRID requirements for Conventional, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA loans.
