Accountability and investigations specialist focused on humanitarian response and community protection.
What I'm looking for
I am an accountability and investigations specialist with extensive field experience in humanitarian response, community engagement, and crisis management. I have worked directly with displaced populations and refugees, ensuring confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive cases.
Throughout my career I have managed hotlines, logged and graded feedback, conducted field visits, and implemented accountability mechanisms such as CARM to close feedback loops and improve program quality. I have supported investigations into misconduct, PSEA, and integrity breaches, conducting survivor- and witness-sensitive interviews.
I have served in operational and security liaison roles for election observation deployments and supported emergency response for internally displaced persons. My background includes frontline roles in NGOs and institutional investigative work inside the Lebanese Armed Forces, where I led and contributed to over 100 investigations.
I bring strong skills in data collection, case management, stakeholder coordination, and trainings in psychological first aid, safety, and investigative techniques, and I prioritize transparency, protection, and ethical standards in complex environments.
