Klara Dzhakypbekova
@klaradzhakypbekova
Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst with 7+ years designing climate data collection and reporting systems.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Monitoring & Evaluation professional with 7+ years of experience designing and managing data collection, quality assurance, and reporting systems across climate, sustainability, and agricultural value-chain programs in international, multi-stakeholder settings. I focus on indicator tracking, survey management, and turning M&E results into progress reports and dashboards.
Based in Bonn, I’ve worked with direct exposure to the Paris Agreement/UNFCCC process (UN Volunteer, COP23) and coordinated cross-country research and reporting between Germany, Central Asia, and multilateral partners (FAO, UNV). In my current role, I design household-level surveys using the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework, ensure data integrity and consistency, and apply Python/R analysis to produce decision-support findings.
I also strengthen evaluation quality through quantitative and qualitative methods—survey analysis, interview coding, and data validation processes—so stakeholders can trust what they see. I’m fluent in English and German, advanced in Excel, and continue building my reporting and visualization capability (Power BI), while integrating modeling insights where they improve outcomes for local and research partners.
