At Taaleem Foundation, I designed and facilitated community-level conflict resolution dialogues in post-conflict and socially sensitive contexts. I also led peacebuilding and social cohesion initiatives that raised awareness of human rights, inclusion, and equitable access to education among 500+ community members.
I collected qualitative data, documented field activities, and prepared progress reports for stakeholders. I also built partnerships with local authorities, civil society organizations, and community influencers to advance shared peace and development goals.
As a Security Officer at Delta Force Group, I provided security services across retail stores and Jobcentre locations. I responded to incidents and handled challenging interactions using calm communication and de-escalation, while following site procedures and security policies.
