What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end MICE delivery for international clients, lead suppliers and remote teams, and strengthen long-term partnerships through clear reporting—while building high-impact corporate events that run smoothly from proposal to post-event.

I’m a Tourism and events professional with 10+ years’ experience across the travel and corporate events industry, progressing from tourism specialist roles into MICE Project Management for the North American market. I lead end-to-end event coordination—from proposal and supplier negotiation through on-site execution and post-event reporting.

In my current MICE Project Manager role, I manage 10-15 international corporate events per year end-to-end, handling groups of 30 to 500+ delegates. I coordinate multi-destination itineraries across Europe and manage client relationships from first contact through post-event reporting, focusing on strong retention.

I bring a hands-on approach to supplier, venue, and DMC coordination, including leading on-site teams remotely. I’m fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and I’m comfortable working with tools like SIGAV, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Gamma, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
