At ORSA CREDIT UNION (FORMERLY COMMUNITY FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION), I evaluated, designed, tested, and implemented technology enhancements across business units. I supported the migration of credit and debit cards from Visa to Mastercard and played a key role in the organization’s brand transition.
At ROCKET MORTGAGE, I wrote epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment. I coordinated UAT and conducted root-cause analysis to help identify business issues and process improvements.
