At Capital One, I turn brainstorming sessions into user stories and acceptance criteria, bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, and lead sprint ceremonies from planning through demos and retrospectives. I track sprint progress, manage backlog grooming, document requirements and bugs in JIRA, and support UAT to help deliver defect-free applications.
Previously at Salesforce, I gathered requirements across stakeholders, clients, managers, and development teams; created project plans, process and data-mapping diagrams, mockups, and wireframes; and supported the transition from Waterfall to Agile. I also helped QA and development teams validate requirements, trace test cases, and resolve defects.
