I’m looking to continue improving operational workflows, compliance controls, reporting accuracy, and system changes through cross-functional partnership with IT, Change Management, and Operations teams.

I improve mortgage servicing operations at Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, by monitoring workflows, escalating issues, and supporting enterprise system conversions. My work has helped prevent 2–4 hours of processing delays per week.

I partner with IT, Change Management, developers, and business leaders on system enhancements, UAT cycles, reporting requirements, and data validation. These efforts improved process stability, reduced manual rework by 30%, and improved reporting accuracy by 68%.

Across servicing, reporting, and delinquency roles, I’ve identified control gaps, supported audit readiness, performed quality-control reviews, and created more than 20 SOPs, workflows, and training guides.
