Spearheaded the modernization of Webster's Online Banking Portal, capturing requirements for modules including transaction history, digital card management, and multi-factor authentication. Defined and mapped end-to-end workflows for customer onboarding, credit card rate updates, loan origination, and overdraft fee waivers using Lucidchart and MS Visio.

Led the redesign of the Enterprise Support Portal, managing requirements for modules like case creation, product registration, SLA tracking, and license lookup. Collaborated with UI/UX teams to design and validate wireframes for dashboards and landing pages using Axure RP and Lucidchart.

Acted as lead analyst for the Debit/Credit Card Personalization initiative, capturing and refining requirements for custom card themes, wallet integrations, and dispute resolution workflows. Translated high-level product concepts into detailed stories and workflows for implementation within the personalization and digital servicing modules.

Contributed to the reengineering of the Global Claims Processing System (GCPS), supporting new eligibility rules and benefits structure for international member onboarding. Partnered with business owners and IT teams to document user requirements for modules such as claims submission, prior authorization, and provider search.

Completed an Associate Degree at Borough of Manhattan Community College – CUNY. Focused on foundational coursework relevant to business and general studies. This education provided a strong base for further professional development.
