Previously, as an Executive – Customer Service at Ienergizer Pvt. Ltd., I handled customer technical concerns through email and voice support. I managed 70+ emails per shift within SLA guidelines, provided product information, resolved complaints, and coordinated with internal departments for effective resolution.
