I'm looking to lead strategy, operations, process improvement, and technology initiatives that reduce friction, improve performance, and create meaningful business value.

At Year Up United, I lead strategy and business operations for a high-volume enrollment environment, improving pipeline management, CRM governance, performance reporting, and AI-enabled workflows to protect capacity for high-value student engagement.

Previously at Life Fitness, I led customer-experience initiatives including a global Zendesk Knowledge Base launch, Zendesk Chat implementation, and operational support for a 35-associate customer support team in Bogotá. I trained global service teams and supported technology adoption across multiple regions.

My foundation includes leading call center operations, quality programs, coaching, staffing, compliance, and KPI management at Life Fitness and Career Education Corporation. I bring an operations-management background and Six Sigma Black Belt certification to practical process improvement.
