What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly operations or administrative support role where I can coordinate tasks, track deliverables, improve processes, and step in early to remove blockers.

I’m an International Business student at Universidad EAFIT (7th semester) with hands-on experience in organizational coordination, event logistics, and team leadership. I manage multi-stakeholder workflows by following up on deliverables, tracking task status, and escalating issues independently without micromanagement.

As President of Grupo de Proyección Gerencial (GPG), I led the executive team behind Expogerenciar, EAFIT’s flagship management event attended by 1,000+ participants. I coordinated cross-functional teams, assigned responsibilities, ensured deadlines were met, and kept internal committees, field teams, and external stakeholders aligned on deliverables.

I also lead operational process improvements for Expogerenciar 2025—analyzing and optimizing workflows, tracking action items across sub-teams, and ensuring recurring tasks stay on schedule. Across logistics roles, I coordinated intake of material and supply requests, managed volunteer teams, and maintained smooth execution in real time.
