What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or business analysis role where I can improve processes, turn data into useful reporting, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement.

At Cat in a Flat, I built KPI frameworks and operational reporting across multilingual support operations, identified a 20-hour weekly capacity shortfall after a restructure, and redesigned onboarding to reduce time to competency from around three months to two weeks.

I've also supported workforce planning, capability reporting, and company-wide training at Adarma; handled high-value investor transactions at BNY Mellon; and led performance improvement across multilingual banking teams at Sykes. I translate stakeholder needs into practical process, reporting, documentation, and automation improvements while continuing to develop Power BI, SQL, and data modelling skills.
