What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my operational insight, Excel analysis and workflow-improvement experience in a business analysis role focused on practical, measurable process and performance improvements.

At Domestic & General, I developed business-improvement proposals for Average Handling Time, workforce scheduling, shift-cover automation and retention; two ideas progressed for potential adoption. I combined sales, retention and operational KPI data with spreadsheet analysis to produce evidence-led recommendations.

I'm now building Fitscales, translating customer and business needs into digital journeys, service requirements and practical workflows for a health and wellness platform. I design and test automation using Make.com, SendGrid, Wix CMS, online forms and AI-assisted analysis to improve end-to-end flow.

My experience across PureGym, Xcelerate Gym and high-volume warehouse operations gives me practical perspective on commercial performance, stakeholder needs, process discipline and operational standards.
