At Sumato, I coordinate more than six concurrent projects delivering Computer Vision and analytics solutions for retail and the public sector. I work across development, data and operations, gathering client requirements and managing scope, schedules and priorities.
When an external vendor failed to deliver for a multinational client, I took over project coordination, analytics and reporting. The reports and recommendations helped extend the service to another country.
I define functional requirements, business rules and KPIs, and coordinate data and dashboard validation before production release. I also established a workflow using Microsoft Planner to track tasks, owners and deadlines, reducing incident resolution time by 50%.
Earlier, I developed and validated Power BI dashboards for corporate clients and municipalities, and used SQL (PostgreSQL) to support engineering and business requirements at Novakorp. I also founded Juliard Muebles, where I managed purchasing, production coordination, shipping, pricing and customer service.
