At N5 Now, I led requirements gathering and documentation for 30+ user stories for a banking CRM module. The features covered client portfolios, profiles, multichannel campaigns, role permissions, scheduling, and AWS audit reports; all were deployed to production.
I coordinated across engineering, data, QA, product, and bank-side teams to align requirements. I also executed functional testing and UAT before releases to check that features met acceptance criteria.
At Novakorp, I analyzed and validated financial data from four banks across a Data Warehouse pipeline and documented data lineage for Data Engineering teams. I maintained and reviewed monthly reports and developed Power BI and SQL reports and KPIs for Risk departments.
At Open Pass, I gathered and analyzed requirements for digital wallet and payment systems projects, produced functional documentation, and supported production deployments and go-lives. I use AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to help create documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
