What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or technical support role where I can solve user issues, support digital tools and equipment, build on my networking and systems knowledge, and contribute to efficient team operations.

At Cavan Connects with Cavan County Council, I provide first-line technical and user support for STEM workshops, helping deliver sessions for more than 100 learners across Cavan. I set up, test, configure, and reset equipment including laptops, drones, Insta360 cameras, AI tools, laser cutters, robotics kits, 3D printers, and XR tools.

I've also supported daily digital operations at Digital Solutions Partnership and production activities at ATA Group. I bring hands-on IT support knowledge across Windows, Linux, macOS, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jira, ServiceNow, networking, and troubleshooting.
