What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my application support, technical support, and software development experience to resolve bottlenecks, support customers and business systems, and deliver practical technical solutions.

I've supported customers and business systems across eir, CRH, Dell Technologies, and Motorola, bringing more than 20 years of experience in multinational tech and telecoms environments.

At Dell Technologies, I prioritized deployment backlog items, recorded engineering and project-management enhancement requests, and acted as a liaison between business and development teams. At CRH, I administered the Intelex health and safety application.

I've also written and tested bespoke Python scripts at Dell EMC and developed C fixes and enhancements for Motorola embedded telecoms systems, including configuration and fault management.
