Built and baselined the Integrated Master Schedule and maintained eight project schedules in Microsoft Project for the Payday Super program. Designed a RAG dashboard and variance reporting for project managers, the director and executives, giving early warning of schedule slippage.

Scoped reporting requirements for three initiatives at an agentic-AI law firm: digital workplace reporting, AI adoption reporting and workforce inbox automation. Defined KPIs for agent build volume, user adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and delivered the business requirements document with Figma/SharePoint mock-ups.

Focused on learning Power BI hands-on and gaining exposure to the Power platform.

Supported the Agile delivery lead by maintaining the Jira backlog and delivery artefacts, keeping user stories and acceptance criteria sprint-ready. Documented traveller-validation rules and API request/response structures as Postman JSON collections, and modelled As-Is and To-Be processes in Lucid/Miro.

Built dashboards and narrative summaries showing the impact of security controls on Microsoft Secure Score, taking it from 61 to 73 and supporting executive decisions. Tracked critical and high vulnerability remediation with the SOC vendor and internal teams, and maintained a stakeholder RACI matrix.

Led analysis and rollout of MFA across 98 parishes and 1,000+ accounts, aligned to ASD Essential Eight. Maintained adoption dashboards showing completion rates, outstanding accounts and risk indicators for leadership via an Excel RAG status report.

Baselined the iServer enterprise architecture and risk extract at 19% completeness and lifted it to 32% by validating confidentiality, integrity and availability ratings for each asset. Created a quantitative assurance score per asset so leadership could make evidence-based decommissioning decisions.

Ran daily RAID reporting across the Channels, Data, Integration and Infrastructure streams, recording decisions, risks, dependencies and action owners for a 50-member multi-vendor forum. Identified and escalated a vendor issue that put Tranche 2 delivery at risk, and supported accruals, planning and risk reporting that contributed to Tranche 3 federal funding.

Analysed large, fragmented data sources to produce insights for senior executives and ministerial audiences supporting policy evaluation and review. Extracted job-projection outputs from Victoria University's economic model using ViewHAR, and produced executive presentations and ministerial briefings.

Business analyst on the Oracle 9i to Azure legacy modernisation, delivering 12 major releases with defined scope, dependencies, acceptance criteria and stakeholder communication. Built leadership dashboards to prioritise the change backlog and change requests using Excel for RAG dashboards and published in Confluence.

Converted Australia Post PDF rate cards into structured CSV and wrote MySQL scripts for batch upload, giving customers real-time courier rate comparison. Validated rate data for accuracy before load.

Led an offshore Command Centre of 40 analysts across AS/400 mainframe, banking and Microsoft services. Reported incident and problem trends, SLA and CSAT performance to senior leadership to drive action on service delivery, and mentored and appraised 40 direct and 100+ indirect staff.
