What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can combine Linux/hardware troubleshooting with accurate data work, QA discipline, and clear customer support—helping SaaS or AI teams deliver reliable outcomes.

I’m a recent B.Sc. Computer Science graduate with a 6-year academic and practical journey (2018–2024), including hands-on industrial training in computer maintenance, networking, and user support. I troubleshoot hardware, work with Linux systems, and support end users with tasks like workstation setup, login issue resolution, system imaging, antivirus deployment, and user account management.

In my current roles, I manage inventory and dispatches with 100% accuracy using digital scanners and spreadsheets, and I provide freelance remote tech support for small business clients using Linux and Windows to automate routine tasks. I’m also expanding into AI-assisted content creation, data annotation, transcription, and light prompt testing, and I’m eager to contribute to SaaS, AI testing, quality assurance, or customer success teams where accuracy and problem-solving matter.
