At Community Health Center of Buffalo, I created and managed customer- and community-facing programs, coordinating plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. I also created workforce development training programs and used customer feedback to identify ways to improve program delivery.
As a Project Manager at Community Health Center of Buffalo, I developed community programs including virtual school programming, COVID-19 vaccine distribution, and initiatives addressing social determinants of health. I built and maintained partnerships to better reach and serve priority populations.
At Buffalo Niagara Partnership, I managed employer and member relationships and BN360 Young Professionals Group programming. I also organized Employ Full Coalition meetings involving 200 community members focused on barriers to employment.
My work has included collecting and analyzing data to improve program alignment, creating content and communications, and training colleagues and member users on virtual platforms. I’ve used Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Canva, and WordPress.
