I've led process redesign and modernization initiatives in financial services with estimated efficiency potential of R$1MM and R$5MM annually. In checks and clearing, I reduced operational cost by 15% through process improvement and delivered a modernization plan to leadership.

Before Itaú, I coordinated implementation and parameterization workstreams at Buonny, led teams, analyzed operational indicators, and improved cargo transportation risk-management processes. My earlier work spans account management, client implementations, root-cause analysis, process engineering, and quality support.

I'm bringing 13 years in process engineering and operational optimization, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, an MBA in Strategic Business Management, and PM3 Product Management training into product management. I focus on turning complex problems into clear journeys, measurable outcomes, and better business decisions.
