What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in IT support, networking, and systems administration through hands-on technical work supporting users, devices, and infrastructure.

I provide Tier 1 support for Gloucester County IT Department, helping end users regain account access, reset passwords, resolve workstation issues, and navigate general IT requests.

I deploy and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals, while using NinjaRMM for remote troubleshooting and Track-It! to manage support requests. I also administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and escalate complex issues when needed.

I've supported structured Cat6 cabling projects and a county-wide Cisco IP phone migration, including PoE switch connections and legacy Avaya decommissioning. My hands-on background also includes Windows configuration, PC builds, PostgreSQL databases, SQL, and basic Python.
