I've supported Tourvest Destination Retail's multi-site IT environment since 2018, maintaining infrastructure across 12 retail locations and co-managing remote support for 45+ national branches.

I troubleshoot network topology, switch loops, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, static IP mapping, fiber-failure recovery, and hardware faults for 130+ endpoints. I also administer Active Directory, Group Policy, permissions, security groups, and Windows event-log monitoring.

I support SAGE X3, Elite POS, SQL Server, WebPOSRouter, Flow Sync, and Hub CC integration services to keep transactions processing and resolve sync, End-of-Day, database, and integration issues. I've created troubleshooting documentation and trained staff on SAGE, POS, and operational systems.

Alongside infrastructure work, I'm building hands-on defensive security projects including Docker/Cowrie honeypots, Elastic SIEM pipelines, KVM malware-analysis labs, Python/Flask auditing tools, and local AI automation workflows using n8n, Ollama, and Docker.
