What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, virtual assistant, or administrative role where I can manage customer communication, solve issues efficiently, support daily operations, and continue building my IT and CRM experience.

I've supported customers at Black Car Rides by managing inbound calls, booking transportation, coordinating with drivers, and tracking rides through to resolution.

At DJ Lighting Discount, I've provided virtual assistance and administrative support across phone, email, and live chat. I organize inboxes, respond to product and order inquiries, maintain customer records, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

I bring a customer-focused approach to resolving concerns, explaining services and pricing clearly, and managing multiple interactions in fast-paced environments.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT at Khawaja Fareed University while building my experience with CRM systems, communication platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual assistance tools.
