At IBEXGlobal – Jamaica, I lead Learning & Development partner launches that implement needed training internationally. I design training solutions for contact centers worldwide and create, implement, and manage processes and procedures.
I also support fellow Learning Consultants through coaching, one-to-ones, and mentorship, and provide support to Operations Leadership as needed. My work includes Learning Management Software management and stakeholder communication.
Previously, as a Learning Consultant at IBEXGlobal – Jamaica, I designed training solutions, supported LMS, and contributed as a designer on major L&D projects. As a Trainer & Huddle Manager, I supported new hires globally and managed short trainings for partner launches.
As elected Chairman & Treasurer of my community’s Strata Committee, I take an active, day-to-day managerial role in community upkeep. I oversee vendor contracts, manage financial operations, and enforce the corporation’s by-laws with a team of residents.
