At One on One, I manage Content Operations, supporting a team of Content Developers and Instructional Designers as we create personalized learning experiences for clients.
My work in instructional design at One on One progressed from Instructional Designer to Senior Instructional Designer and Head of Instructional Design. I developed solutions for corporate clients and bring a perspective shaped by work in education and technology.
Earlier, I worked in Jamaica’s education system as an APSE Coordinator and Head Of Department - Humanities & Arts at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information. At Belair School, I taught Sociology, Social Studies, Caribbean History, and Tourism to grades 7–13.
I also serve as an Assistant Examiner for CSEC Social Studies, CAPE Caribbean Studies, and CAPE Sociology. I hold an MSc in Instructional Design and Technology from The University of the West Indies, with a focus on developing competency-based learning with technology.
