What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a learning and development or employee development role where I can deliver engaging training, coach employees, improve onboarding outcomes, and collaborate with teams focused on customer experience and continuous improvement.

I've trained more than 300 new hires for Conduent's Instacart account, facilitating instructor-led virtual onboarding classes and helping learners transition successfully into production through personalized coaching and feedback.

I've also led customer service operations, resolved complex escalations, improved team performance through coaching, and supported customers across Instacart and Delta Airlines accounts. I'm pursuing a Human Resource Management Certificate while continuing to focus on learner success, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
