What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to create engaging learning experiences, support diverse learners, and contribute through instructional design, training, education, and leadership.

I've taught and designed learning experiences across Jamaica, Japan, and remote platforms, including Cambly, Varsity Tutors, One-on-One Educational Services, and Duanvale Primary School. I support multicultural learners through engaging ESL instruction, structured lessons, and tailored communication practice.

I've also led operational support at Varsity Tutors, troubleshooting systems and mentoring line agents to maintain an 85% service level per interval. My background in instructional design, curriculum planning, e-learning, and business education helps me create practical, interactive learning content for varied audiences.
