I’m looking for a role where I can review user reports against clear content policies, investigate violations, document decisions, and collaborate with Legal/Product/Support in a fast-paced environment.

I review reported user-generated content against community and platform policies, investigate potential violations, and document findings so complex cases are handled consistently. At Accenture, I’ve worked in fast-paced, multicultural workflows while keeping accuracy, productivity, and professionalism.

Before that, I managed customer contacts at E-Redes by recording case details, explaining next steps, and routing requests for timely resolution. I also supported pharmacy operations at Farmácia Nova by handling prescription-related processing and careful administrative record keeping, and I’ve delivered independent 2D/3D design and animation projects for international clients since 2008.
