I build working AI automation prototypes end-to-end, from business process discovery to prototype, test, iterate, document, and hand-off. I engineer LLM prompts and agent flows with n8n and Claude to automate repetitive support and messaging tasks. I bias toward action and process improvement, making delivery clear for both business and IT.

Over 22+ months at SAP, I ran AI Discovery Workshops with business and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into business value for executive and non-technical audiences. I design activation roadmaps and produce workshop documentation and enablement materials so teams can adopt new solutions. I also build AI-powered automation workflows on SAP BTP / SAP Build Apps.

In my independent practice, I deliver AI customer-service automation for real paying clients, integrating messaging channels and external services via APIs and training clients to operate the solutions. Earlier, I improved operations by automating Excel-based budgeting workflows and creating a centralized customer database, while owning end-to-end post-sales and support.
