At Deloitte, I led AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption initiatives, identifying priority use cases and tracking adoption metrics so clients could focus on business value, not just activated licenses.
I designed and delivered AI literacy, prompt engineering, and Copilot adoption workshops. I also built and evolved AI agents with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, and created automation and generative AI solutions with Power Automate, n8n, and Anthropic Claude.
My work included mapping processes, finding bottlenecks, and prioritizing opportunities by impact and feasibility. I also shaped solution architectures connecting SAP, Databricks, APIs/MCP, Copilot agents, and analytics.
At CBMM, I developed Power BI dashboards and analyses, automated internal processes with low-code tools and generative AI, and supported process redesign and SAP-related requests. I contributed to structuring the third-party onboarding process, with a focus on standardization and governance.
