What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product role where I can root-cause ambiguous problems with user research, ship AI-enabled experiences, and partner closely with design and engineering to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.

I’m a product leader with deep UX roots and hands-on AI product experience, with the technical fluency to bridge design, engineering, and business. At Impact Observatory, I architected and launched one of the first geospatial LLM platform prototypes in the field, translating AI product requirements into real shipping work—defining platform requirements, authoring system prompts, building callable AI workflows, and creating AI-evaluated QA pairs.

I also drive the organization toward clarity and momentum: I introduced an agile, insight-driven development process company-wide and designed company-wide persona development and problem definition workshops backed by user research to align teams on core users and problem framing. Earlier, as a UX Designer at National Geographic Society, I led major redesigns (including search, home pages, and asset pages), earned a Webby Award, and created user-centered platform features and research-backed digital experiences; I’ve also mentored UX students to help them turn classroom learning into industry-ready impact.
