I am an organized office manager and former human resource analyst with hands-on experience supporting client-facing operations, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CARF standards. I reliably manage front-desk workflows, scheduling, and document creation using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat while prioritizing clear communication and professionalism.

Previously, I supported agency-wide HR processes at a state IT agency where I led digital transformation projects, developed DEI resources, and helped update policies and procedures. I have a BA in Political Science and a track record of researching public policy issues and producing actionable recommendations on sustainability and equity.
