I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate bids and projects, own CRM accuracy, and improve sales processes using reporting and metrics—partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and win more opportunities.

I’m a Sales Operations and Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience supporting sales teams through lead management, CRM tracking, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration. I focus on managing pipelines, tracking metrics, and coordinating bids to drive measurable revenue growth.

In my current role as a Project Coordinator / Sales Operations / Bid & Project Coordinator, I identify, qualify, and track sales leads and RFPs, coordinate with Sales and Projects teams on pricing and proposals, and maintain accurate CRM data for opportunities and project status. I prepare customer quotations and bid documentation, then track and report bid status and sales activity to support data-driven decisions and improved process efficiency.

Previously, I served as a Bid Coordinator & Inside Sales Specialist, where I managed and prioritized multiple bids, reviewed RFPs, built structured bid submission plans, and increased bid success rates through streamlined proposal review processes. I also bring operations experience from managing invoicing, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and organized documentation during office management work, plus leadership experience as Board President for a nonprofit where I secured a $100,000 grant.
