What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic enterprise customer relationships, partner with executive stakeholders, protect and expand recurring revenue, and turn adoption and customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

At Birdeye, I manage a $5.2M ARR portfolio of 35 strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with C-suite leaders to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. I achieved 97.1% GRR and 121% NRR while turning customer performance data into clear ROI narratives and growth plans.

I lead QBRs and EBRs, own renewals and contract negotiations, and use customer health signals to get ahead of risk. I also expanded one strategic account from $102K to $260K ACV and mentor newly promoted Customer Success Managers on executive engagement and account strategy.

Before Birdeye, I managed enterprise insurance relationships at Agero, including a $600M roadside assistance book of business and national client programs. Across customer success, implementations, and account growth, I build durable executive partnerships that protect revenue and create long-term advocates.
