I’m looking for a permanent entry level position that lets me use my customer support and data skills, acquire new skills, and advance within the company—working with a team that values clear communication and problem-solving.

I’m a Planning Specialist and customer support professional who builds route plans from work order data and route analysis software, then communicates clear next steps to service teams. At Terminix, I summarized and reviewed plans daily, created daily summary reports for my supervisor, and kept service execution aligned to customer needs.
