I am a motivated, detail-oriented benefits specialist with broad customer service experience across mortgage operations and retail environments. I consistently handle sensitive situations and confidential information while supporting clients and colleagues through complex processes.

At United Wholesale Mortgage I progressed through roles from Loan Processor to Closer and then Benefits Specialist, contributing to loan closings, managing documentation, and supporting employees with FMLA and medical leave coordination. I routinely set up and attend benefits meetings and manage timecards and benefits status for employees on leave.

My background in retail (Walmart, Target, The Friends Experience) strengthened my customer-facing skills, inventory and stock management, and ability to assist customers directly. I bring empathy, organization, and a strong work ethic to every role.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (South University Online, expected January 2026) and have been recognized on the Dean's List. I am committed to delivering high-quality results and supporting teams in regulated, customer-centric environments.
