I’m seeking an IT support role where I can troubleshoot and resolve user issues, train others, grow into leadership, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

I am an experienced IT professional with 5 years in IT support, 10 years in administration and 13 years in customer service. I troubleshoot Microsoft applications, Active Directory, networking, printers, VPN/Wi‑Fi, Remedy ticketing and various desktop and application issues, and I have trained new hires and routed cases to the correct teams.
