I'm seeking remote or hybrid HRBP, HR Operations, or HR Generalist opportunities where I can lead scalable people operations, workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and process improvement.

I've led HR operations and business partnering across Swiggy, Zinka Logistics Solutions, Aegis Logistics, People Tree Hospitals, and Bahwan CyberTek. My work spans high-volume hiring, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance across India and Oman.

At Swiggy, I supported 35+ Instamart dark stores, scaling frontline and core teams while partnering with City Heads and Area Managers on workforce productivity and store performance. At Zinka Logistics, I managed pan-India HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll governance, audits, and workforce data reporting.
