At Remedy Meds, I built and led the company's first dedicated knowledge management department, rebuilding its Notion system from scratch across all departments.

I designed and delivered new-hire onboarding and ongoing training for up to 70 staff, using a trauma-informed, empathy-first approach. I also developed SOPs and job aids to improve operational consistency.

At DeafLEAD, I provided overnight crisis intervention through the 988 Lifeline, conducting risk assessments and safety planning while documenting multiple conversations.

As a Community Program Leader and Trained Doula at Maternal Health Clinic, I coordinated community distribution programs and trained and managed volunteers. I also provided emotional and physical support to expectant and postpartum mothers as a certified doula.
