At Pandar Resources, I lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery across a portfolio of fintech and digital products, defining product vision for payments and loyalty offerings.

Previously as Technical Product Manager at Pandar, I scaled a fintech exchange platform to $4M+ in monthly transaction volume, 100,000–120,000 monthly transactions, and 20,000+ MAU across crypto, airtime, bills, and utilities.

I've launched monetization streams that increased revenue by 5% month over month, built referral-led engagement initiatives that improved retention by 5% month over month, and reduced fraud exposure by 50% through fraud-scoring APIs and middleware controls. I also owned KYC and AML workflows with zero major compliance incidents.
