At Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital, I lead operations for a 391-bed flagship hospital and a $370M expansion to increase capacity, access, and patient experience.

Across Bon Secours and Ochsner Health, I’ve built and led patient access, transfer, care coordination, and operational teams that improve flow and connect patients to the right level of care. I helped raise external transfer acceptance from 68% to 76%, expanded monthly transfers from 275 to more than 800, and reduced call abandonment from 5.5% to 1.3%.

I’ve led more than $500M in hospital construction and strategic capital, including a $26M freestanding emergency department and regulatory approval for 55 additional beds. During the COVID-19 public health event, I served as Incident Commander and led a surge plan that added 23 ICU beds.
