I monitored pacing and budget allocation across client accounts, performed regular efficiency checks, and resolved campaign issues to reduce delivery errors. I also partnered with account managers to optimize campaign performance and execution.

At Automation Intellect, I administered Salesforce by updating roles, profiles, security settings, objects, fields, picklists, buttons, flows, dashboards, and packages. I enforced standard practices through workflow rules and approval processes while resolving Salesforce inbox issues.

My earlier work in IT talent acquisition included Bullhorn CRM and VMS use, candidate sourcing, resume analysis, and managing 20+ requisitions per month. I bring bilingual Spanish translation and interpretation experience alongside customer service, human resources, and technology operations work.
