I am an experienced caregiver and care manager who builds and maintains client and caregiver profiles, hires caregivers, manages schedules, coordinates transportation, and monitors client health and wellbeing to ensure safe, compassionate care.

As a hands-on caregiver I assist with ADLs including bathing, cooking, cleaning, running errands, and accompanying clients to appointments, while stabilizing and preventing injury during mobility and home activities.

I also have customer service experience handling Medicaid/Medicare inbound and outbound calls, researching issues, updating member profiles, guiding members through rejections, and working collaboratively to resolve problems; I seek continual learning, growth, and teamwork.
