I'm a remote customer support and operations specialist with a background spanning high-volume client services, AI quality evaluation, and independent business management.

As Remote Office Manager at Aloha Remote Solutions, I was the sole point of contact for all inbound and outbound customer interactions — handling troubleshooting, scheduling, billing, and logistics independently using QuickBooks.
