What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a company that values hard work and reliability, where I can deliver excellent customer support, handle administrative/HR needs, and apply my social work case management and counseling skills to help others.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience solving user and customer issues, while maintaining a “high energy pace” and attention to detail. In a remote role with Conduent, I worked as an iTunes plus advisor, identifying, investigating, and resolving problems with computer software and hardware—bringing the same conscientious approach I use in every task.

Alongside customer service, I’ve led administrative and people-focused work as a Human Resource Manager, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and advising executives on strategic planning. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work (GPA 3.5/4.0 and 3.8/4.0) and bring direct experience in individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, group therapy, and case management. I’m also Certified in Phlebotomy and have supported patient-care needs through PCA work—so I bring both empathy and reliability to service, problem-solving, and follow-through.
