What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role that applies my project management and clinical knowledge, supported by my years of experience in healthcare information systems.

At Delaware Health Information Network, I lead the Program Office, managing three Project Managers and an Application Support Analyst while guiding new healthcare IT initiatives from scope and resourcing through delivery.

I report program performance to the CEO and management team, manage the annual project portfolio budget, and track work against the five-year strategic plan. I also own Change Management and implement processes for Service Design, Project Management, and Service Validation and Testing.

My background spans 27 years in Information Systems and Healthcare IT, including clinical systems work at Georgia Health Sciences University and healthcare technology support at Beebe Medical Center. I bring project management, clinical knowledge, HL7, C-CDA, and hands-on experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
